As a Clinician/Therapist at Vermont Permanency Initiative (VPI), you will provide individualized, youth-guided, trauma-informed, and strength-based clinical services and supports. Your responsibilities will include individual, family, and group counseling, case management, and case consultation and collaboration. You will maintain clinical records, participate in treatment and discharge planning, and collaborate with consulting psychiatrists on medication management. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with VPI's administrative structure and policies, and perform other job-related activities as requested. Qualifications: - Master's Degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field license eligible
- Valid driver's license and 21+ years of age
- Satisfactory completion of background and pre-employment check

Responsibilities: - Provide individual, group, and family therapy and case management services.
- Maintain data related to clinical services and submit to the Clinical Director as requested.
- Participate in treatment, permanency, and discharge planning with students, families, and agency personnel involved with students.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical records and associated documentation, including but not limited to psychosocial reports, ITPs, case notes, CAFAS reports, and other required assessments, correspondence with relevant stakeholders, and monthly reports.
- Collaborate with consulting psychiatrists as it relates to medication management, including the incidence of side effects.
- Maintain clinical license or status on state registry.
- Understand and adhere to the administrative structure, chain of command, and program philosophy of VPI.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Perform other job-related projects and activities as requested.
